RETURNS, REFUND & EXCHANGES

GooDevices is committed to making the returns process very easy for you. If you are not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, we gladly accept authorized returns of most items in their original condition (per our terms and conditions below).

Returns must be packaged and shipped within the return authorization date range. Please note that our policy only applies to items with the original packaging and remains the same as the condition received, with the original tags attached. We do not accept returns of worn or unlabelled items.

Return types
Before making a return request, please refer to the table below to determine the return options available for the item you wish to return. After understanding your options, you can submit the return request with the guide below.

How to make a return
You have 7 days from the date of receipt to request the return of your ordered items. The return request beyond 7 days will be rejected. GooDevices also reserves the right to refuse any unreasonable return request and any return not received within a reasonable time.

1. Please process your return request by e-mail cs@GooDevices.com. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return to submit the return request. Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be authorized. If you haven't received an authorization email within 5 business days, please check your spam folder.

2. Our returns team will authorize your return and provide you with return instructions by email. Please pack the items to be returned in their original condition with all original tags attached and in the original packaging.

3. You are responsible for return shipping charges in the event of a change of mind. We recommend that you use a service with a tracking number to help us locate the package. If you have a tracking number for the package, please let us know by responding to our returns team. In the event of defective or wrong items, GooDevices will bear the cost of return shipping. In order for us to refund you, you must return the goods by regular or registered air mail. We will not refund the cost of courier or express courier services. When you notify us of your return, you must also send us a photo of the invoice for your shipping charges so that we can verify the cost.

4. Returns must be packaged and shipped within 7 business days after our returns team has authorized the return. If you do not ship your return package within this time frame and provide us with the tracking number, we will treat your return request as canceled.

5. Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a refund or send you a replacement according to your request. If the replacement item is out of stock, you will be refunded the value of the item.

Return of defective or wrong items
GooDevices will be responsible for the return shipping cost if the claim is confirmed to be valid, and damaged or wrong items are returned via regular airmail or registered airmail. Return shipping charges will be refunded within 20 business days of receiving your return. No compensation for shipping costs will be provided when using other shipping methods.

In the event of a return of defective or wrong items, GooDevices will provide a replacement item instead of a refund. If replacement items are out of stock, the item's value will be refunded.


Return due to change of mind
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs in the event of a change of mind. We recommend that you use a service with a tracking number to help us locate the package.

Refunds for change of mind items will be issued. Refunds will be processed when the returned products are received and confirmed to be in acceptable condition by our returns team.

Terms and conditions

1. All returns must be sent back to our designated return center; unauthorized returns can be refused or ignored.
2. Returned items must be in their original condition with all original tags attached and in the original packaging. Incomplete returns can be refused or ignored.
3. GooDevices is not responsible for any items lost in return shipment. We recommend that you send your return via Registered Air Mail to ensure it reaches us.
4. To avoid delays in processing returns, your name, order number and return authorization number must be shown on or inside the return package.
5. Discounts on coupons and shipping charges from original shipment to customer are non-refundable.
6. GooDevices reserves the right to refuse returns, cancel orders or terminate accounts suspected of excessive returns or returns fraud.
7. GooDevices reserves the right to refuse unreasonable return requests.
8. GooDevices reserves the right to change our return policies and / or reject any exchange request for any reason without notice. In the event of a dispute, GooDevices' decision will be final.
