1.0 Acknowledgment of receipt, acceptance, payment and delivery of the order

2.2 All delivery times are subject to stock availability.
2.3 Our system automatically sends an “Order Shipped” email to your designated email address when we ship your order. If your goods do not arrive within 14 days of dispatch and you have notified us of the late arrival within 7 days of receiving email notification that your order has been dispatched, you will have the possibility of full refund or replacement shipment, after we have investigated the courier or post service. Although we do our best, we cannot guarantee to track any delivery delays beyond 7 days from the date of shipment.
2.4 When an incorrect address was given to us at time of ordering, or our courier partner is unable to deliver due to someone not being available to sign for delivery (they will leave a card advice in this case), or if you request the item to be redirected after it has been shipped, we may need to charge additional shipping costs incurred by our courier partner.
2.5 Our responsibility for delivery is deemed to be fulfilled when we ship an order to the address specified, as provided by our buyer. 2.6 Our partner carriers require a signature on arrival and therefore cannot facilitate deliveries to PO boxes. All devices are delivered by reliable courier due to their high value status.
2.7 Please note that although our global network allows us to source stock globally, all deliveries to UK are managed and facilitated by our team.
3.1 Eligibility of returns:
Most items can be returned for any reason within the date range mentioned below. Some exceptions apply. Qualifying items are categorized as Defective, Non-Defective (Change of Mind), or Damaged on Arrival (DOA) returns.
Defective Returns: If goods are found to be defective within 7 days, customers are entitled to a full refund or replacement. GooDevices will cover round trip shipping in the event of a faulty return.
Non-Defective Returns (Change of Mind): If you would like to return NON-DEFECTIVE goods within the 7 days period, please note that returns must be in their original condition with FULL PACKAGING and DOCUMENTATION. If the goods are not in their original condition or if any damaged packaging or packaging is missing, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or a restocking fee of up to 40% will be charged depending on the condition of returned goods. Delivery charges will not be refunded.
Shipping errors, incorrect items and items damaged on arrival: If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, or if the item you receive is not the one you ordered, please send an email to customer service with your order number and a brief explanation of the situation. Minor dents or damage to the product box or packaging is not eligible for DOA returns. You will receive by email the steps to follow to make a return or exchange. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all documentation, accessories, battery, stylus, cable, headphones, etc. included in the initial shipment.
Please note that GooDevices must test all returned products before they can refund or exchange products. Replacement items cannot be sent until the original item has been returned to our warehouse and inspected by our returns department. This is necessary so that we can file complaints about faulty or damaged goods with the manufacturer or the shipping company and to verify the eligibility for return, replacement or repair.
When you return your device, you will need to ensure that it is unlocked and free from security software that may prevent us from accessing it. If the device is locked or disabled when you return it, we may need to charge you the full cost of the device and / or not provide a repair / refund (if applicable).
Note: If you are unable to unlock or disable your device, please let us know before returning it.
Please ensure that your device is restored to its factory settings without any personal data before return. We will not be responsible for the use or disclosure of any data that is on the returned device during the payment process.
4.0 Assumption of warranty
Note: Many of our products are sourced from all over the world and as such may not be eligible for manufacturer warranty support. In such cases, warranty support will be facilitated by GooDevices. As with returns, some items are not eligible for warranty service. For the warranty service provided by GooDevices, our terms are as follows:
4.1 Standard warranty coverage period
The warranty period takes effect from the date of issue of the shipping invoice for 1 year.
All accessories included in the box or free gifts, including (but not limited to) cables, chargers, batteries, covers, screen protectors, styluses and ear tips, are covered by a 7-day DOA replacement policy only and is not eligible for warranty coverage.
4.2 Product conditions
Refurbished/Renewed products will be listed as "Condition: Refurbished / Refurbished/Renewed " on the product pages. Refurbished products come with 1 year of GooDevices.
4.3 Standard warranty service
Standard Warranty Service Eligibility: Warranty service applies after the 7 day return eligibility period ends. During the standard warranty period, if the goods are found to be defective, the customer can send the defective goods to our office, along with the corresponding invoice, and GooDevices can arrange repair services.
Warranty Replacements and Repairs: After investigation of the defect and during the specified warranty period, GooDevices repair service will be performed at our discretion (see exclusions below) within 15 working days at no cost to the customer . If GooDevices cannot repair the item within this time, we will provide the customer with a suitable refurbished item. If we do not have a suitable replacement, we will find an equivalent alternative after agreement with the customer or offer credit for the next purchase. Please contact our customer service to request an RMA and follow the instructions to authorize the return of goods.
4.4 Standard warranty coverage
GooDevices warranty service covers the following:
A. Malfunction of the manufacturing software
B. Manufacturing or material defects
C. More than three dead pixels
4.5 Standard warranty exclusions
The warranty does not cover the following:
A. Any damage not related to manufacturing defects.
B. Product malfunction or damage resulting from liquids or moisture.
C. CID (Customer Damage) and NDF (No Defects Found). The CID and NDF status will be notified to the customer when the RMA inspection process is complete.
D. Software Defects. Damage caused by applications or firm products that are not compatible with the device.
E. The product has been tampered with, repaired and / or modified without official authorization. Tampering, rooting, altering or removing the serial number tag will immediately void the applicable warranty.
Return inspection and shipping charges will be charged at customer's expense when the above causes of RMA return damage are present.
* Please note that for returns of water resistant devices, we cannot guarantee continued water resistance after opening the device.
5.1 This information provided to us by our customers is used by us for the sole purpose of processing an order. 7.0 Price, product description and availability

10.0 Installation of equipment
10.1 Installation of equipment, including car kits, should be performed by a properly qualified professional technician. GooDevices cannot be held responsible for costs associated with the installation or subsequent removal of the equipment, or for damage caused during installation.
11.1 We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.
11.2 These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong and any dispute will be decided only by the courts of Hong Kong.
11.3 If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the invalidity or unenforceability of that provision will not affect the other provisions of these terms and conditions.
