Shipping Process
Order Processing and Fulfillment
Once payment (payment in GBP) has been made and verified, your order will be processed by our GooDevices warehouse system and pending for delivery. As all of our products are in stock, they are usually dispatched within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse and with the carrier, you will receive an email with the tracking numbers. The delivery time takes up to 5-7 working days.

* Please note that shipping may take longer during sales periods, holidays and extreme weather conditions. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. Please contact our customer service if you require further assistance.

Shipping location
All orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong and we currently ship to the UK only.

Express shipping service
GooDevices currently offers FREE Premium Express shipping on all orders.

Potentially lost package
The conditions below are required to request a refund or replacement of the full product value if you suspect that your package (s) are lost:

1) You open the complaint with us by email to cs@GooDevices.com within 14 working days * after sending the follow-up
2) Evidence of satisfactory investigation or confirmation by courier of physical loss or damage to goods obtained from courier or other concerned party

* We may not be able to open investigative cases with the courier for cases reported to us after 14 calendar days of follow-up provided.

Damaged goods
The conditions below are required to request a full refund or replacement for damaged goods:

1) You open the complaint by e-mail to cs@GooDevices.com within 48 hours of receipt *, providing us with the order number, item name and all photos of the package including the inner and outer box, courier bag , wrapped bubbles and product photos

2) Evidence of satisfactory investigation or confirmation by courier of physical loss or damage to goods obtained from courier or other concerned party

* The date of receipt is the date on which the status of the package is indicated as "delivered". After 48 hours of receipt, we will consider that you have received the package in good condition and therefore we regret that all complaints will not be processed from it.
